1. Service Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive for 60-minute arrivals in emergency cases, external factors like Dubai traffic may affect timing.

2. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be made within the period specified on your final invoice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in an AMC contract. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai Economic Department and the United Arab Emirates.
